01   What is EMERGE E-mail Backup Solution?
 
EMERGE E-mail backup solution is a new disaster-recovery facility that store messages remotely in the event of e-mail server failure. These e-mails will be automatically re-routed to you once your mail system or connection is up and running again.
 
02   Who is it suitable for?
 
EMERGE E-mail Backup solution is suitable for businesses with in-house mail servers. It will prevent mails from being lost during network outages. The solution is extremely suitable for office mail servers using Streamyx / Broadband / Wireless / ISDN / leased lines / Satellite connections.
 
03   How does EMERGE E-mail Backup Solution Work?
 
When your office mail server is down, mails will be re-routed to EMERGE Remote Mail Servers. EMERGE Remote Mail Servers will temporarily store the mails for you.  This way, no mails will be bounced back to the sender (no loss of important mails).  All mails will be automatically
