01   What is TotalWEB! Lite?
 

TotalWEB! Lite is an Internet-based, do-it-yourself website creation tool. It enables users at any level to build a professional-looking Website. No knowledge of HTML is required.
 
02   Does it mean that I will create my own website?
 
Yes. TotalWEB! Lite provides you the capability to create the website on your own with easy to use content editors and guided wizards.
 
03    Do I need to have web programming knowledge?
 
 
No, you do not need to have any web programming knowledge at all. TotalWEB! Lite was designed to allow a non-technical person to easily build a professional website. The controls are so intuitive that you don’t even need a manual to start.
 
04   Do I need to install any software on my computer?
 

No you don’t. All you need is a computer with Internet connection and an Internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) to access TotalWEB! Lite. All the functions to create your website are built into TotalWEB! Lite itself.
 
05    Is it that simple to use?
 

Yes it is. Creating a web page is a simple 3 steps procedure. First you choose a website design
from our collection of pre-designed websites. Then you choose the type of web page that you want to create (e.g. normal web page or a product catalogue page). Finally, key in the contents using the user friendly content editor and publish it.
 
06    Is my website updated immediately?
 

Yes, once you select to publish on TotalWEB! Lite, the page you created will be published instantaneously, allowing your latest information to be available immediately.
 
07    Can I go back and change my web page contents later?
 

Yes, you can access TotalWEB! Lite anytime to change the contents of any pages that you have created to reflect any alteration of information.
 
08   Is there a limit on the total times I can change my website contents?
 

No limitations! The whole idea of TotalWEB! Lite is to allow you to easily update and change the information of your website anytime and as many times that you need without the need to pay a huge sum to hire web designers.
 
09  Can I upload pictures into my website?
 

Yes you can. Our content editor allows you to upload picture so that your web pages can be made attractive to your visitors.
 
10  Other than normal web page, what type of pages can I create?
 

TotalWEB! Lite comes with ready template to allow you to create photo album pages, product catalogue pages, enquiry forms and also guest book. And we are continually adding more web page template types into TotalWEB! Lite and enhancing its features.
 
11  If in the future I need e-commerce on my website, what then?
 

At EMERGE, we provide a complete range of solution for websites. In the future when you need e-commerce, our CommerceWEB! solution will be able to cater for your requirements.
 
12  If I still prefer someone to design my website, can EMERGE do it?
